I offer discount for booking a course. Book a term and pay £55 for ten sessions.  A block booking secures your place but works for you too as we explore a different component each week enhancing your practice, health and well being. I also offer discounts for booking multiple classes. Private lessons cost £32 per hour perfect if you want to work on a particular aspect more deeply than you would be able to in class.
